Payment

• Please note, all days booked will be chargeable regardless of early collection
• Minimum fee is 3 days charge. Stays over Christmas and New year minimum 10 days charge
• 50% deposit is payable on booking and the balance is due on arrival for stay
• We need to receive 7 days notice of cancellation, otherwise 50% of the boarding fee will be charged
• Deposits for peak season, December/January, is non-refundable

Reminders

• Up-to-date vaccination certificate must be seen on arrival
• Your cat will need the following Vaccinations: * 3:1  * Rabies
• Vaccinations may not be older than 12 months and no fresher than 14 days.
• Please ensure all worming and flea treatments are up-to-date
• Viewing, arrivals and collections during opening times only
• Please bring your cat’s favourite blanket or toy as this helps them settle in so much quicker!
